Texas Roadhouse Gift Card Fundraiser

The selling period for this fundraiser will be from November 8th – November 19th.

This is a prepaid fundraiser, so please be sure to collect full payment for each Gift Card your child sells. Use the provided envelope to track and hold the payment for your orders. Remember to write the students name, phone number and teacher in the space provided on the envelope.
Everyone loves Texas Roadhouse! Selling the Gift Cards is an easy and perfect gift for the holidays. Texas Roadhouse Gift Cards and free appetizer cards are accepted at all of our locations, over 500 nationwide! The gift cards never expire or lose value. Also, they may be used at PTO’s March Dine to Donate!

Gift cards will be $25 that you sell for $30. For each $25 gift card sold you will receive_ 6 free appetizer cards _with a value $6.99 each. The full $5 will go back to HPE as well as $2.50 from Texas Roadhouse. Your school is earning $7.50 per gift card sold!! If your school achieves their goal of $5,000 in gift cards sold, they will receive 15% back instead of 10%.

Make all checks payable to Harrison Parkway Elementary PTO.

If HPE reaches their goal of $5,000, the top selling student will receive a $100 gift card of their choice (other than Visa, MC, or American Express). If the school does not reach the goal, the top seller will receive a VIP Dinner for Two Gift Package. This includes a $30 gift certificate, free appetizer, a VIP Seating Card and Texas Roadhouse Sirloin Seasoning. For selling just one gift card, your student will receive a free kids meal and an HPE sweatband! If a student sells $100 in gift cards, they will receive a $10 certificate to Texas Roadhouse.

Please be sure to return your order with all payments collected no later than November 19th.

You will receive the Gift Cards within 2 weeks of Texas Roadhouse receiving the order.

Every student that sells a gift card will receive a FREE HPE SWEATBAND
